Upload-clean guarantee
If a delivered file gets rejected on upload for a technical reason — alignment, seams, format, anything the QC report measures — it gets fixed and the 80 R$ submission fee is refunded. Content rejections are a different craft and aren't covered by this guarantee; the brief says so upfront, and every brief still excludes brand logos, licensed characters and text by default.
